I love this time of year where the weather is nice and the horses have shed their winter coats looking sleek and shiny.
Arcadia's coats is still soft and fluffy. She is lightening up all the time around her legs. It will be interesting to see if she turns into a grey like her daddy PG Dry Fire.
I especially love this time of year when you have the contrast of colors in the sky and in the grass. I love storms and Wyoming has some pretty good ones.
At 2 months old Arcadia (our Filly) has had a bit of contact now. She will let you pet her around her face and has had a halter on a few times as well. She loads in the trailer now pretty well and while she was in the trailer is when we did our halter training and gave her her first bath. (That was fun. I will post pictures of that soon.) She is strong and loves to run whenever she gets put on the pasture. It is sure fun to work with a young horse and see them learn and grow.
